Introduction:

We are pleased to announce the international workshop that will be held from March 4 to 6, 2014 at DPRI, Kyoto University. The main subject of the workshop will be "The New Initiative toward the Advancement of Strong Motion, Site Effect, and Risk Evaluation for Future Mega-Quakes". The aim of the workshop is to gather key researchers from all over the world to promote the activity to form an international hub for disaster prevention/mitigation research.
